Article 1 (Members)

"Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these terms and applies for membership according to the procedures set by our company.

"Member Information" means information about the member's attributes disclosed to our company and information about the member's transaction history.

These terms apply to all members and are to be adhered to both at the time of registration and thereafter.

Article 2 (Registration)

Membership Eligibility

Upon agreeing to these terms and completing the specified membership application, customers gain membership rights after completing the registration process. Please ensure that the registration is carried out by the individual wishing to become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted. Note that applications from those whose membership has been revoked in the past or those deemed inappropriate by our company may be refused.

Input of Member Information

Please read the input instructions carefully during the membership registration process and enter the necessary information accurately in the designated input form. Special symbols, old Chinese characters, and Roman numerals cannot be used for registration. If such characters are registered, they will be modified by our company.

Password Management

  1. Passwords are for the exclusive use of the member and may not be transferred or lent to a third party.
  2. It is the responsibility of the member to change their password regularly and ensure it is not known by others.
  3. Any actions taken using the password are considered actions of the member, and all payments arising from such actions are the responsibility of the member.

Article 3 (Changes)

Members should promptly inform our company if there are any changes in details such as name, address, etc.

Our company assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from failure to register changes. Please be aware that even after changes are registered, transactions that were initiated before the changes will proceed based on the previous information.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to withdraw, they must personally undergo the withdrawal procedure. Membership terminates after the prescribed withdrawal procedures are completed.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages)

Our company can revoke a member's status if they provided false information when applying, failed to pay for purchases made through electronic commerce, or for other reasons deemed inappropriate for membership by our company.

If a member commits any of the actions below, they are liable for damages incurred by our company:

  1. Illegally using their member number or password.
  2. Accessing our website and tampering with information, or sending harmful computer programs, thereby obstructing our business operations.
  3. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of products handled by our company.
  4. Violating these usage terms.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

In principle, our company does not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent from the member. However, our company can disclose member and other customer information in the following situations without prior consent:

  1. When legally required to disclose.
  2. When our company determines it's necessary to protect our rights, benefits, reputation, etc.

Member information is managed by our company according to our "Commitment to Personal Information Protection". We may use the member information for the purpose of service provision, improvement of service content, promotion of service use, and ensuring smooth and proper service operations.

Our company may provide information (including advertisements) to members via email newsletters and other methods. If a member does not wish to receive information, they can notify our company following the prescribed method, and the provision of information will be halted. However, essential information for the operation of this service cannot be halted upon request.

Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)

Members are prohibited from committing any of the following actions when using this service:

  • Violating laws or these terms, cautionary statements for using this service, guidelines for shopping on this service, or other related terms.
  • Damaging the rights, benefits, reputation, etc., of our company or any third party.
  • Engaging in actions that might negatively influence young people or actions contrary to public morals.
  • Engaging in actions that inconvenience or upset other users or third parties.
  • Providing false information.
  • Sending or posting harmful computer programs.
  • Accessing our company's servers or other computers without authorization.
  • Lending, transferring, or sharing your password with third parties.

Article 8 (Service Interruption/Stoppage)

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

Our company is not responsible for any damages caused by the non-availability of this service due to reasons not attributable to our company.

We assume no responsibility for any damages caused by a member's violation of these terms.

Our company assumes no responsibility for the content, services, or products on websites linked from our service.

Article 11 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of first instance in the location of our company's head office and will be governed by the laws of the country in which our company is located.

Article 12 (Consultation)

If there are any questions regarding points not specified in these terms or the interpretation of these terms, our company and members will consult with each other in good faith to resolve the matter.
